Ingredients

- 500g pasta
- 200g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1kg beef roast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 200ml red wine
- 100g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan with chopped potatoes, carrots, and onion.
- Pour red wine over the roast and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain pasta and toss with butter and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the roast with vegetables and pasta on the side.
Notes
- Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Pair with a crisp salad if desired.
