Ingredients

  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100g mashed potatoes
  • 20g butter
  • 50ml cream

Instructions

  1. Season the beef fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the beef to your preferred doneness.
  3. Mix salad greens and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  5. Prepare mashed potatoes by mixing cooked potatoes, butter, and cream.
  6. Plate the beef, salad, and mashed potatoes together.
