Description

- 10 organic lemons
- 750 ml high-proof alcohol (95% vol.)
- 700 ml water
- 500 g sugar
Instructions
- Wash and peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
- Place the lemon peels in a glass jar and pour in the alcohol.
- Seal the jar and let it infuse for 7 days in a cool, dark place.
- After infusion, strain the liquid to remove the peels.
- In a saucepan, dissolve sugar in water over low heat to make a syrup.
- Let the syrup cool, then mix it with the infused alcohol.
- Bottle the limoncello and store it in the freezer before serving.
