- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Let the tomato mixture sit for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust garlic and basil to your taste.
- For extra richness, add grated Parmesan cheese on top.
