- 100g mayonnaise

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and carrots until tender, then dice them.
- Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and chop them.
- Mix the potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, and eggs in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Use fresh peas for the best taste.
- Adjust mayonnaise quantity based on preference.
