Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and cook the seafood until just done.
  2. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add seafood, parsley, and red onion.
  5. Toss gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
