- 500g gnocchi
- 300g fresh salmon, cubed
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add salmon cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the sauce, gently stir to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for the best flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
