Ingredients

  • 500g pizza dough
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100g pepperoni slices
  • 50g black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  5. Add pepperoni slices and black olives.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  7. Shape the log into a ring on a baking tray.
  8. Cut slits around the outer edge.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle oregano before serving.
