- 500g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 orange (juiced and zested)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange shrimp in a baking dish.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
- Sprinkle with lemon zest, orange zest, and parsley before serving.
