Description

Ingredients

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7g dried yeast
  • 250ml warm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g melted butter
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, eggs, and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 170°C (340°F).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown, turning once.
  7. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
