Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove frittelle with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
