Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the egg and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
