Description

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Add the egg and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Fold in the diced apples.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
