Description

  • 200ml milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add eggs, milk, and lemon zest, whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 170°C (340°F).
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
