Description

Ingredients

- 50g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 50g raisins
- 1 pinch salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Soak the raisins in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the drained raisins.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes before frying for fluffier frittelle.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving for extra sweetness.
