Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the mini puff pastry shells on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill, and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the pastry shells are cooled, fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- You can substitute smoked salmon with ham or roasted vegetables.
- For a crispier texture, reheat the pastry shells for 2-3 minutes before filling.
