- 100g hazelnuts
- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 150g Nutella
- 30g wafer sheets
- 100g chopped hazelnuts (for coating)
Instructions
- Roast hazelnuts in a pan for 5 minutes, then peel them.
- Melt milk and dark chocolate separately.
- Dip each hazelnut in Nutella, then coat with melted chocolate.
- Roll the coated hazelnuts in chopped hazelnuts.
- Place each ball on wafer sheets and let them cool.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh hazelnuts for best taste.
- Chill the chocolates before serving for better texture.
