Description

Ingredients

  • 750ml water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix chickpea flour, water, and salt in a bowl. Let rest for 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  3. Skim foam off the batter and stir in olive oil.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Cut into slices and serve warm.
