Ingredients

- 200g wheat flour
- 100g rice flour
- 50g soy flour
- 5g salt
- 3g dry yeast
- 250ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all flours, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add water and olive oil, knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape into an oval and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes.
- Add toppings and bake for another 5 minutes.
