Description

A charcuterie board is a selection of cured meats, cheeses, nuts, fruits, and other accompaniments arranged for easy serving.


Ingredients

  • 100g salami
  • 100g chorizo
  • 150g brie cheese
  • 150g cheddar cheese
  • 100g blue cheese
  • 50g mixed nuts
  • 50g dried apricots
  • 50g grapes
  • 50g olives
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Arrange cheeses on a large wooden board.
  2. Fold cured meats and place them around the cheeses.
  3. Fill gaps with nuts, dried fruits, and fresh grapes.
  4. Add olives and sliced baguette.
  5. Drizzle honey over some cheeses and place mustard in a small bowl.
  6. Serve immediately.
