Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and vanilla in another bowl, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Fold in almonds until dough forms.
- Shape dough into a log on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice log diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange slices cut-side down and bake for another 10 minutes per side.
- Cool completely before serving.
