- 200g sugar
- 100g honey

Instructions

- In the same pan, melt sugar and honey over medium heat until caramel forms.
- Add butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the caramel, stirring well.
- Mix in the toasted nuts, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press firmly with a spatula to form an even layer.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
