- 200g graham crackers
- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
