Instructions

  2. Heat cream in a saucepan until just boiling.
  3. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  5. Add butter and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Use a spoon to scoop and roll into small balls.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
