Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100ml heavy cream
- 30g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Chop chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat cream in a saucepan until just boiling.
- Pour hot cream over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Add butter and mix until fully incorporated.
- Chill mixture in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Use a spoon to scoop and roll into small balls.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- For variety, roll in crushed nuts or coconut flakes.
