- 250ml milk
- 100g sugar
- 50g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased ciambella mold.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can add lemon zest or vanilla for extra flavor.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
