- 50g sugar
- 50g butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200g Nutella or jam for filling
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, white wine, and salt in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut into rectangles.
- Spread Nutella or jam on half of the rectangles.
- Cover with the remaining rectangles and press the edges to seal.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes before rolling.
- Use a fork to crimp the edges for better sealing.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
