Description

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 200g Nutella or jam for filling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, white wine, and salt in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut into rectangles.
  3. Spread Nutella or jam on half of the rectangles.
  4. Cover with the remaining rectangles and press the edges to seal.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
