Description

- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon white wine or grappa
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add butter, eggs, and wine. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll dough thinly and cut into strips or rectangles.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Let dough rest for 30 minutes before rolling.
- Fry in small batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Store in an airtight container to keep crispy.
