Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add egg, softened butter, and grappa or white wine. Knead until smooth.
- Roll the dough thinly on a floured surface.
- Cut into rectangles or diamond shapes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the dough pieces until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
