Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add softened butter, eggs, and white wine. Knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the dough thinly on a floured surface.
  4. Cut into strips or rectangles, making small cuts in the center.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the chiacchiere until golden.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar while still warm.
