Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp white wine
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
- Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and wine
- Knead into smooth dough
- Roll dough thin and cut into strips
- Fry in hot oil until golden
- Drain on paper towels
- Dip in melted chocolate
- Let chocolate set before serving
Notes
- Dough should rest 30 minutes before rolling
- Keep oil at 180°C for best results
- Can dust with powdered sugar instead of chocolate
