Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice, mixing well.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
