- 100g melted butter
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml sour cream
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45 minutes.
- Turn off oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
