Ingredients

  • 100g butter

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 50ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  3. Add butter, egg, honey, and milk. Mix well.
  4. Pour batter into a greased pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
