Ingredients

- 250g flour
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 50ml milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- Add butter, egg, honey, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a greased pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Decorate with icing if desired.
