- 100ml white wine
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, egg, and white wine. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough thinly and cut into strips.
- Fold each strip into a rosette shape.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on paper towels and drizzle with vin cotto before serving.
