Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean the artichokes by removing tough outer leaves and cutting off the top third.
  2. Rub the cut parts with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Place artichokes in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in white wine and let it reduce slightly.
  7. Add vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
  8. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until artichokes are tender.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
