- 300g cappelletti pasta
- 1.5L chicken broth
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Heat the chicken broth in a large pot.
- Add chopped carrot, celery, and onion.
- Simmer for 20 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Strain the broth and return to the pot.
- Bring broth to a boil and add cappelletti.
- Cook until pasta is tender (about 8-10 minutes).
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
