Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of milk (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot or kettle.
- Add the ground coffee to a filter or French press.
- Pour the hot water over the coffee.
- Let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain or press the coffee.
- Add sugar and milk if desired.
- Serve hot.

- Use freshly ground coffee for better flavor.
