Instructions

- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a microwave or over a double boiler.
- Whisk the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix well.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
