Simple Valentine’s Day biscotti, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients.
- Stir in almonds and cranberries until dough forms.
- Shape dough into a log on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Return slices to baking sheet, bake for another 10 minutes per side.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- For a festive touch, drizzle with melted chocolate.
