Description

Homemade Valentine’s Day biscotti, perfect for sharing with loved ones. Crunchy, sweet, and shaped with love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Fold in almonds, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet, about 12 inches long.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Slice logs diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
  10. Place slices back on the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  11. Cool completely before serving.
