Homemade Valentine’s Day biscotti, perfect for sharing with loved ones. Crunchy, sweet, and shaped with love.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in almonds, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet, about 12 inches long.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice logs diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices back on the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- For extra flavor, dip biscotti in melted chocolate.
- Use heart-shaped cookie cutters for Valentine’s Day theme.
