Easy Valentine’s Day biscotti, perfect for a sweet treat. These crunchy cookies are great for dipping in coffee or gifting to loved ones.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until dough forms.
- Fold in almonds and cranberries.
- Shape dough into a log on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice log diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 10 minutes per side until golden.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- For extra flavor, dip biscotti in melted chocolate.
- Use heart-shaped cookie cutters for a Valentine’s Day touch.
