Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Fold in chopped almonds.
  5. Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Slice logs diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Bake slices for another 10 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool completely before serving.
