Description
Biscotti ripieni San Valentino are delicious filled cookies perfect for Valentine’s Day. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a sweet filling.
Ingredients

- 250g all-purpose flour
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 150g jam or chocolate spread for filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into heart shapes.
- Place half the hearts on a baking tray. Add a small amount of filling in the center.
- Cover with the remaining hearts and press the edges to seal.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a cookie cutter for uniform shapes.
- Let the dough chill for 30 minutes if it’s too soft.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
