Crisp Italian biscotti decorated for Christmas, perfect for dipping in coffee or gifting.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in almonds and cranberries. The dough will be sticky.
- Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove logs from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
- Return slices to the baking sheet, cut side down. Bake for 10 more minutes until crisp.
- Cool completely. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Use a serrated knife for clean cuts.
- Decorate with colored icing for extra festivity.
