  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 tsp orange food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in almonds, sprinkles, and food coloring if using.
  5. Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove logs and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Place slices back on the baking sheet. Bake for another 10 minutes until crisp.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
