Crisp almond biscotti coated in a sweet glaze, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and almond extract, then add to dry ingredients. Stir in almonds.
- Shape dough into two logs. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool slightly, slice diagonally, and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Drizzle over biscotti.
