Ingredients

- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 50g butter, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- For the glaze: 100g powdered sugar, 1-2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add egg, butter, and honey. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Dip cookies and let dry.
