Instructions

- Boil water with butter and salt.
- Add flour and stir until dough forms.
- Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Fold in grated cheese and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
