Ingredients

- 125g water
- 50g butter
- 75g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 100g mousse filling (ham, cheese, or seafood)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Boil water with butter and salt.
- Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time.
- Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool, then fill with mousse.

- Do not open the oven while baking.
- Use a piping bag for even shapes.
