Description

Ingredients

  • 50g butter
  • 75g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100g mousse filling (ham, cheese, or seafood)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Boil water with butter and salt.
  3. Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time.
  5. Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool, then fill with mousse.
