Delicious homemade Baci Perugina, a classic Italian treat featuring a mix of chocolate and hazelnut.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 150g hazelnuts
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Roast hazelnuts at 180°C for 10 minutes, then remove skins.
- Grind hazelnuts into a fine paste.
- Melt dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler.
- Mix hazelnut paste, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into the melted chocolate.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
