Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 150g hazelnuts
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Roast hazelnuts at 180°C for 10 minutes, then remove skins.
  2. Grind hazelnuts into a fine paste.
  3. Melt dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler.
  4. Mix hazelnut paste, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt into the melted chocolate.
  5. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
