Description

  2. Mix ground hazelnuts, flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll small portions of dough into balls (about 2cm in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  5. Spread melted chocolate on the flat side of one cookie and sandwich with another.
  6. Let the chocolate set before serving.
